About the Opportunity
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, managing calendars, travel, meetings, and appointments.
  • Oversee office operations to ensure efficiency, including maintaining organized filing systems and controlling correspondence.
  • Process expense reports and handle invoicing efficiently and accurately.
  • Manage and assess needs for office equipment, supplies, and services to ensure smooth office functionality.
  • Perform general clerical tasks such as answering phones, scanning, filing documents, and welcoming visitors.
About You
  • 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior leadership
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail with strong organizational and time-management abilities

Salary Range: $75,000 - $80,000 / year
