The Executive Assistant will support daily operations and administration for RBC Dominion Securities.

What is the opportunity?

The Executive Assistant would be responsible to support and coordinate the day-to-day operations and administration for RBC Dominion Securities. The EA would provide day‑to‑day support to the Investment Advisor, assisting with communications, helping organize team meetings, events and activities for the product and strategy team, as well as team‑member onboarding support.

What will you do?
  • Provide support for the Investment Advisor at RBC Dominion Securities calendar including prioritizing, scheduling, and managing conflicts, booking of team meetings and conference details.
  • Manage the calendar invitations and pre‑reads sent to the Operating Committee.
  • Be part of the team which manages and sets the agenda.
  • Coordinate periodic offsite meetings, liaising with different stakeholders to create participant lists, manage invitations and meeting materials.
  • Collaborate with various business functions to ensure seamless execution of meetings and events.
  • Wealth Management Online set‑up, issues and walkthrough with clients.
  • Log opportunities and referrals from internal partners.
  • Submit expenses.
