Brookfield is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high‑level, confidential administrative support to Senior Management and their teams within Brookfield Corporation. This role is suited to a seasoned EA with exceptional organizational, judgment, discretion, and the ability to operate as a trusted partner in a fast‑paced, global organization.
The successful candidate will be highly proactive and detail‑oriented, with the ability to manage complex priorities and anticipate executive needs. This position requires strong executive presence, sound judgment, and the confidence to work independently with minimal direction, while consistently upholding the highest standards of professionalism and confidentiality.
Salary Range: $90,000 - $110,000 CAD
Our compensation structure is comprised of a base salary and a short‑term incentive program (cash bonus). Cash compensation tends to vary based on geography to account for local market conditions and is set to be market competitive. Compensation decisions are based on a number of factors including relative experience, overall years of experience, industry experience, education and designations.
