As Confidential Executive Assistant to the President of one of Saskatchewan's finest organizations, you will be responsible for:

Executive Support and Administration
  • Assist the Vice President in coordinating appointments, business and personal events and national/international client business meetings.
  • Prepare correspondence and memos; word processing and preparation of reports.
  • Database maintenance and entry of information.
  • Attend and prepare for committee meetings.
  • Special projects.
  • Data entry of financial information; reconcile accounts and expense statements.
  • Generate reports as required.

You will be part of a corporate work environment, responsible for handling and maintaining a high degree of confidentiality for all information.

Education & Experience
  • Business education is an asset.
  • 5 to 10+ years administrative experience in a corporate environment.
  • Skilled in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Personality/Desired Attributes

  • Strong decision making and organization skills. Ability to handle extreme multi-tasking.
