The role requires managing calendars, travel, and meeting logistics, as well as providing administrative support. The ideal candidate will have a diploma and 5-10 years of experience in a similar position, along with strong interpersonal and computer skills. Reporting to the Assistant to the President and CEO, the Executive Assistant will be responsible for the offices of three (3) Telesat Executives by providing reliable and professional assistance to the executive officers in the fulfillment of their responsibilities.
The incumbent will perform diversified administrative tasks that are complex and sometimes specialized in nature for each company executives, thereby requiring a broad knowledge of the organizations operations, policies, procedures and overall understanding for the role of an executive.
