Job summary

Kenora Association for Community Living is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide strategic support to the Chief Financial and Operating Officer and help leadership stay organized, informed, and focused on impactful work. You will manage executive workflows, communications, Board governance, and coordination of critical initiatives.

The successful candidate will be highly organized, discreet, and proficient with Microsoft 365 tools, ensuring dependable, confidential handling of information

  • Manage executive calendars, communications, correspondence, meetings, travel, and key commitments.
  • Monitor and coordinate executive email and information flow, ensuring timely responses and prioritization of competing demands.
  • Support governance of the organization through administration of Board activities.

As Executive Assistant, you will provide strategic support to the Chief Financial and Operating Officer and play a key role in helping KACL's leadership stay organized, informed, responsive, and focused on the work that matters most. You will support executive workflow, communications, Board governance, management coordination, and special initiatives that help build a resilient, connected community where we all belong.

You Will:

$78,374 - $78,374 a year

This is an on-site position based in Kenora, Ontario. Nestled on the shores of the stunning Lake of the Woods in Northwestern Ontario, Kenora offers the charm of a close-knit community combined with exceptional outdoor recreation. Located near the Ontario-Manitoba border, Kenora is approximately a two-hour drive east of Winnipeg, Manitoba.
