Responsibilities include but may not be limited to:
  • Lead a high-performing team of real estate agents and support staff.
  • Provide team members with leadership, coaching, and mentorship to foster a positive and collaborative team culture.
  • Develop and implement efficient operational processes and systems for optimal performance.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify improvement areas.
  • Maximize productivity by streamlining workflows and removing bottlenecks in operations.
  • Manage budgets, track expenses, and analyze financial data for cost‑saving opportunities.
  • Monitor revenue and expense trends to guide strategic decision‑making.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partners.
  • Address client concerns promptly and professionally to provide exceptional customer service.
