Job Description

The Executive Assistant role focuses on supporting internal operations and executive leadership. The person in this position will contribute to smooth communication, document management, and administrative organization in a dynamic and growing environment.

This role is based on collaboration with members of the executive team, project managers, and internal partners.

What you will accomplish with us

  • Manage calendars, organize meetings, and prepare necessary documents
  • Ensure follow-up on client files and administrative documents
  • Participate in updating databases and managing documentation (SharePoint)
  • Support logistics for travel and internal events
  • Serve as the main point of contact for internal and external communications
  • Collaborate on invoicing and payment tracking with the finance department
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of administrative processes
Qualifications

Education and Experience

  • College or university diploma in administration or office management
  • 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in administrative support or coordination
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 suite (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, SharePoint)
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and thoroughness
  • Team spirit, autonomy, and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Fluent in French, both oral and writing
