Executive Assistant — Work Arrangement: Onsite

What You'll Be Doing

You'll be the go-to person for administrative coordination, communication, and operational excellence — supporting executives and their teams to help them stay focused on strategic goals.

Your responsibilities
  • Answering and directing phone calls with professionalism and discretion
  • Processing trade instructions and opening new accounts
  • Preparing detailed client applications and updating information in internal systems
  • Managing complex calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating logistics (facilities, materials, equipment, refreshments, etc.)
