A public sector organization in Hamilton, Ontario is seeking an Executive Assistant to manage day-to-day operations for the Vice-Presidents. The ideal candidate will have an undergraduate degree and 2 years of experience. Responsibilities include managing stakeholder communications and preparing executive correspondence. The role requires advanced skills in MS Office and offers a competitive salary plus benefits.
This role requires the successful applicant to commit to an in‑office work arrangement up to 5 days a week beginning in 2026.

You’ll support our Vice‑President, Talent Acquisition and HR Business Services and the Vice‑President, Human Rights and Business Ethics and their division by managing day‑to‑day operations, driving special projects, and acting as a central point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders.
More than just an administrative partner, you will be a proactive problem solver, an early adopter of new technologies (including AI tools), and a role model for collaboration, humility, and curiosity. You’ll help elevate our division’s reputation for fixing issues and finding creative solutions.
