Executive Assistant / Business Continuous Improvement Analyst

Key Responsibilities – Administrative Support
  • Provide confidential executive-level support to the President and senior leadership.
  • Manage the President’s calendar, travel, and communications.
  • Prepare and edit high-quality reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Record, distribute, and track follow-up from management meetings.
  • Research and analyze data to prepare executive summaries, reports, and recommendations.
  • Manage calls and correspondence on behalf of the President.
Continuous Improvement
  • Chair a cross-functional CI committee; triage and coordinate employee-submitted CI ideas.
  • Track and report progress on strategic initiatives using project management tools.
  • Compile and analyze KPI data from across the business, providing insights and recommendations.
  • Support project-based work across departments to drive efficiency and results.
Culture & Engagement
  • Partner with HR to coordinate employee events, luncheons, and communications.
  • Develop and publish a monthly employee newsletter and digital updates.
  • Participate in social committee activities to strengthen morale and engagement.
Business Development Support
  • Coordinate and complete responses to RFIs and proposals.
  • Maintain databases for sales activity, KPIs, and business development tracking.
  • Research and coordinate participation in tradeshows and industry events.
  • Manage social media strategy and content, ensuring timely updates across platforms (website, etc.).
  • Support the development of marketing materials with internal and external partners.
