We’re hiring on behalf of our client for an experienced Executive Assistant to provide top-level administrative support to senior executives. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

In this role, you’ll be a trusted partner to the executive team — managing schedules, coordinating meetings, preparing materials, and handling communication on their behalf.
