Let’s help you launch your career with Alberta Veterinary Laboratories (“AVL / Solvet”)! We are looking for an energetic and dedicated Executive Assistant to join our team on-site in our Calgary facility working 40 hours / week (Monday - Friday).
The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative support to senior executives to ensure efficient operation of the office. Supporting the CEO, VP of Research, and VP of Sales, the objective of this role is keep our leadership team organized, prioritized and effective in the use of their time to drive the company forward.
