A housing organization in Burnaby is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to the General Counsel. The role involves managing communications between executives, conducting confidential research, and overseeing budgetary tasks. Ideal candidates will possess a college diploma and experience in high-paced environments, alongside strong organizational and communication skills.
Executive Assistant – Short-Term (14 months) / Full-Time
Location: Burnaby, B.C.
Reporting to the General Counsel and Corporate Secretary (the GC), the Executive Assistant is responsible for performing executive administration functions and ensuring the smooth operation of the office of the General Counsel and Corporate Secretary. The position facilitates the flow of information between the GC, CEO, Executive Committee, branch managers/staff and external stakeholders. It includes confidential and sensitive research assignments and special projects, time management support, project follow-up, drafting letters, managing invoices, and operating budget oversight.
