Job summary

IKEA in Canada is seeking a Customer Experience Co-worker to assist customers with returns and exchanges while delivering a friendly and helpful shopping experience.

You will apply policies, resolve concerns, process transactions accurately, and stay current with product knowledge and service targets in a fast-paced store.

Qualifications

  • 6+ months of retail customer service experience.
  • Experience applying Returns & Exchange policies.
  • Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Detail-oriented, tech-savvy in a fast-paced environment.

  • Resolve customer inquiries and concerns through active listening, clear communication, and problem-solving.

  • Process transactions accurately while maintaining inventory control and compliance.
  • Stay informed on policy updates, product knowledge, and service performance targets.
  • Collaborate with team members to support overall customer relations operations.
