GrizzlyTrek Group Ltd. is seeking experienced Excavator Operators for full-time, long-term work in the Fort McMurray region. Role involves operating 336 and 470 class excavators on heavy civil earthworks, including lease construction, road building, and reclamation.

Camp living with FIFO travel from Calgary/Edmonton is provided. Ideal candidates are safety-focused, have strong technical skills, and are comfortable with a camp lifestyle and 12-hour shifts.

Qualificações

• Minimum 3 years recent seat time on 336 and 470 class excavators in heavy civil, road building, or mining.
• Experience with stripping overburden, stacking, stockpiling, and reclamation.
• Valid safety tickets: CSO, BSO, CSTS-09 or OSSA Regional, H2S Alive, First Aid with CPR/AED, Ground Disturbance, Bear Awareness (in class).
• Valid driver’s licence and CSA safety boots (min 6 inch, laceable).
• Willingness to live in camp on a rotational schedule and work 12-hour day/night shifts.
• Successful completion of Alcohol and Drug Screening.
• Successful completion of Fitness-to-Work Assessment (health history, pre-med, musculoskeletal exam, strength/mobility up to 50 lbs).

Ideal candidates are safety-focused, have strong technical skills, and are comfortable working in a camp environment with fly-in, fly-out travel arrangements.
