Utility Heavy Equipment Operators are needed at Fort McKay Group of Companies LP for work at the Syncrude Aurora site near Fort McMurray, Alberta. This role offers a stable 6/6 rotation, strong earning potential with daily and weekly overtime, and the chance to operate a variety of heavy equipment in a civil construction environment. What You’ll Need

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Valid class 5 driver’s license and clean 3-year driver’s abstract
• At least 2+ years of verifiable experience in equipment operating roles (civil construction, earthworks, or utility environment)
• Dozer experience required
• Experience with articulated trucks, excavators, loaders, and off-highway trucks is an asset
• CSO or BSO or OSSA certification required
• Ability to speak, write, and read English
• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
• Pre-employment/pre-access testing required
• May require client training and competency assessment
