Asphalt Specialists, LLC. is seeking Excavation Laborers for the 2026 season to perform physical work at construction sites. Responsibilities include removing earth and rock and assisting the operator to complete tasks as a team.

Qualifications

• Experience as excavation laborer or heavy equipment operator.
• Experience using hand tools: shovel, spade, hoe, rake, and pickaxe.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to the job site.
• Able to follow Foreman targets for each project.
• Available to work Saturdays and Sundays.
• Willing to work overtime and follow PPE dress code.
• Strong work ethic and teamwork to achieve customer satisfaction.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Excavate and remove earth/rock materials and assist the heavy equipment operator to complete tasks as a team.
• Work safely and efficiently, following project directions and PPE requirements.
• Perform other site duties as assigned by Foreman.

We are now accepting applications for Excavation Laborers with experience to perform tasks involving physical labor at construction sites. The excavation labor is responsible for removing of earth, rock or the materials in the ground and assist the heavy equipment operator to complete the task as a team. Must have reliable transportation. This is a seasonal job. Pay based on experience.

Requirements

• Must have experience as an excavation laborer or heavy equipment operator.
• Experience using tools such as a shovel, spade, hoe, rake, and pickaxe.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to and from the job site.
• Follow directions of Foreman as to daily tasks and expectations for each specific project or job site.
• Must be available to work on Saturday and Sunday.
• Willing to work overtime.Always follow the dress code and proper use of PPE.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to work as a team to efficiently complete jobs to the highest customer satisfaction.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
