Adecco is currently hiring a full-time highly organized and detail-oriented Events & Member Services Coordinator to support our client's programs, events, and communications initiatives in Regina, SK. This position plays a key role in coordinating event logistics, supporting membership activities, and ensuring smooth communication between the organization, its members, and stakeholders

Responsibilities :
- Approve show applications and event permits.
- Prepare and distribute show packages, ribbons, and related materials.
- Receive show results and accurately enter placings into the company database.
- Tabulate year-end results and coordinate the ordering of awards.
- Provide organizational and on-site support for the Heritage Provincial Finals and other events.
- Assist with the creation of promotional materials and visual content.
- Coordinate the distribution of information and services to all members and clubs.
- Maintain and update the organization's website, ensuring content accuracy and timeliness.
- Support external communications, including newsletters, social media posts, and announcements.
- Process and maintain accurate data entry of individual and club memberships.
- Assist with annual reporting and follow-up documentation.
- Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for assigned responsibilities.
- Respond to emails and phone inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Attend meetings (including evenings or weekends, as needed) and travel to provincial events as required.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Executive Director or Office Manager.
Qualifications :
- Previous administrative or event coordination experience; equine industry knowledge is an asset.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to engage confidently with members and partners.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), and experience with Canva, Constant Contact, and database systems.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Positive, cheerful attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel and work occasional evenings or weekends as required.
- Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
