Job Responsibilities

Event Management (60%)

  • Managed assigned fundraising events and projects from conceptualization to execution.
  • Reaching out to potential sponsors and partners for collaborations.
  • Engage relevant stakeholders to get support for smooth event execution.
  • Maintaining event income & expenditure.

Partnerships (40%)

  • Partnership development and preparing of pitch deck.
  • Engaging of existing donor to enhance on existing relationship.
  • Enhance online giving framework to better maximize outcome. Include but not limited to SEO, digital marketing.
  • Ensuring compliance with fundraising requirements and Code of Governance.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business Management preferred.
  • Relevant experience is advantageous.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Effectively bilingual, both written and spoken advantageous.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • A positive and committed attitude with a strong desire to serve the community.
  • Organised, detailed and able to multi-task.
