This role is perfect for a motivated sales professional who loves a fast-paced environment and knows how to boost sales and turn inquiries into fully booked celebrations.

What You’ll Do
  • Respond promptly to all event inquiries and convert leads into confirmed bookings
  • Actively manage and nurture a high-volume sales pipeline
  • Meet and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs
  • Upsell event packages, food & beverage, and add-on experiences
Deliver an Exceptional Guest Experience
  • Guide guests through the event planning process from start to finish
  • Host engaging venue tours that excite and convert prospects
  • Maintain consistent communication before, during, and after events
  • Build lasting relationships that lead to repeat and referral business
Collaborate for Success
  • Work closely with Operations and Events teams to ensure flawless execution
  • Participate in BEO meetings and ensure event details are clearly communicated
  • Support team goals through collaboration and shared best practices
Stay Organized & Flexible
  • Maintain accurate client and sales records using CRM tools
  • Balance multiple clients, follow-ups, and deadlines efficiently
  • Be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
