Position Summary
The Event Presentation & Broadcast Operations Manager is responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of live event presentation and broadcast operations for the Calgary Stampede Rodeo, Rangeland Derby Chuckwagon Races, Relay Racing, Parade, and other designated events. This role serves as a key execution leader, ensuring the successful delivery of world-class in-venue experiences and broadcast productions that engage audiences and meet organizational objectives.
As the operational lead for live event production, this position oversees event presentation, guest experience, technical production systems, broadcast delivery, production vendors, and crew management. The Manager ensures all productions are executed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards while aligning with Calgary Stampede brand, operational, and partner requirements.
Acting as the primary liaison between broadcast partners, production vendors, event stakeholders, and internal departments, the Event Presentation & Broadcast Operations Manager fosters strong collaboration and seamless communication to deliver exceptional live events and broadcast experiences from concept through execution.
