Ready to join the coolest team at Kimberley Alpine Resort? We’re seeking a passionate Events and Experience Coordinator who thrives on creating memorable moments and unforgettable guest experiences. You’ll partner with our Marketing Manager to plan and execute exciting on-mountain events, while helping craft standout social media content that brings the resort to life.

What You’ll Do
  • Plan, promote, and execute unforgettable on-mountain events and virtual experiences
  • Supervise events staff to ensure activities run smoothly and safely
  • Support the Marketing Manager with daily tasks and project coordination
  • Collaborate on creating and posting engaging content across all social media platforms
  • Contribute to marketing campaigns that get people excited about Kimberley Alpine Resort
  • Track event performance and help improve outcomes through insightful reporting
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven experience in coordinating and executing events — bonus points if it’s at a ski resort or in an outdoor setting!
  • Experience working with young children
  • Intermediate to advanced skiing or snowboarding skills — you’ll be spending time on the mountain
  • Physically capable of lifting and carrying a minimum of 50 lbs
  • Current and valid Class 5 driver’s license
  • Strong computer proficiency and comfort using digital tools
  • Photography and videography skills are a plus
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities
  • Comfortable using content creation tools and social media platforms
  • A collaborative team player with a hands-on attitude
