Responsibilities

• Prepare event spaces with linens and décor according to event plans.
• Set up and operate concession outlets, stocking supplies and checking equipment.
• Serve food and beverages courteously at events and concession stands.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across all service areas.
• Engage with guests professionally, addressing questions.
• Provide accurate information about menu items.
• Process payments accurately using POS systems.
• Collaborate with kitchen and service teams for smooth event flow.
• Support post-event cleanup and reset for future events.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation protocols.

Skills

Experience in catering, concessions, or event service

Familiarity with food service equipment and POS systems

Smart Serve certification

Understanding of food safety and alcohol service standards

Strong communication and guest service abilities

Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure

Attention to detail and time management

Team-oriented with the ability to work independently

Physical stamina for standing, lifting, and moving equipment
