Job summary

A leading community care provider in the Golden Horseshoe area is seeking a part-time Personal Support Worker to deliver personal support and homemaking services. You will collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure clients attain optimal independence and well-being. Responsibilities include observing clients, implementing care plans, and providing homemaking tasks. Ideal candidates have strong communication skills and relevant certifications. Qualifications

• Must have a current Standard First Aid Certificate or CPR level C Certificate.
• Household management experience preferred, especially with elderly or ill individuals.
• Post Secondary degree or diploma is considered an asset.

Responsibilities

• Observe and evaluate client needs and home situations.
• Contribute to and implement changes in the personal support care plan.
• Provide personal care and homemaking tasks, ensuring client safety.
