Job summary

Metro Supply Chain Group in Mississauga is seeking a warehouse general labour to support order fulfillment and inventory control. You will check, assemble and label products, using RF scanners to ensure accuracy and timely delivery to customers.

Candidates should have at least 1 year of warehouse experience, be able to lift 30 lbs, and read English. The role is onsite with afternoon hours and an opportunity to grow within a expanding company.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of warehouse experience.
• Ability to read English and perform data entry accurately.
• Experience with RF scanners is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Check and assemble product according to customer orders.
• Consolidate product using RF and workstation.
• Print/produce shipping labels and verify sheets from RP workstation.
• Validate accuracy of product, quantity and lot codes picked for each order.
• Assist in inventory audits as required.
• Maintain a clean, secure, organized work area.
• Dispose of scrap and packing materials properly.
• Uphold company policies and values daily.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
