Job summary

Tayco in Toronto, Ontario is hiring two full-time Production Team Members to support our growing manufacturing operations.

During training, you will work 6:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m., transitioning to 3:00 p.m. – 11:30 p.m. after training. The role includes upholstery, assembly, wood/metal work, packaging, shipping, and quality checks, with PPE provided and a pay rate of CAD 22.67 plus a 1.60/hour shift premium. A high school diploma and 2+ years in manufacturing are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2+ years in a manufacturing/warehouse environment.
• Able to operate hand/power tools and pump trucks.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills; safety-aware.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of production tasks including upholstery, assembly, and packaging.
• Follow production procedures and ensure product quality.
• Report malfunctions and maintain a clean, safe work area.
• Coordinate with team to meet daily/weekly production schedules.
