Qualifications

• Experience in team supervision and mobilizing people to achieve objectives.
• Proficient in Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Operational Procedures (SOP).
• Comfortable with manufacturing equipment (pumps, mixers, homogenizers).

Responsibilities

• Supervise the transformation of raw materials into semi-finished products.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety rules and Good Manufacturing Practices.
• Organize work to meet production schedules and limit downtime.
