Sienna Senior Living is hiring a Registered Nurse for Weston Terrace Community in Toronto. This temporary part-time evening role focuses on resident assessment, planning, skilled nursing procedures, medication administration and thorough documentation.

You will collaborate with residents, families, and the care team to develop personalized care plans, maintain high-quality care, and ensure comfort and dignity for residents under Ontario health standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in nursing (BScN/BN) or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assess and plan resident needs; deliver skilled nursing procedures and document according to standards.
• Administer medications and ensure accurate charting per regulations.
• Collaborate with residents and substitute decision makers on care plans and status changes.
• Lead and support nursing team, model professional behavior and participate in interdisciplinary conferences.
