Job summary

Soucy Group is seeking an Operator to contribute to the manufacture of off-road products. You will ensure the smooth running of production in the molding sector, prepare powder mixtures, operate presses, extruder, finishing tools, and handle pallets to supply materials.

Working in the Evening or Night shift (4x10-hour shifts), you will perform finishing and assembly operations, run quality checks, and help the shipping or receiving warehouse as needed. Starting wage is $24.40/hour CAD.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing or production environments preferred.
• Able to follow health and safety procedures and SOPs.
• Willingness to work evenings and night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Rigorously apply factory and health and safety regulations and procedures in force.
• Ensure smooth running of production in the molding sector.
• Prepare powder mixtures for molding processes.
• Operate presses, extruder, finishing tools and handling devices.
• Perform product finishing and assembly operations.
• Supply the production floor with raw materials and components using a pallet jack.
• Adjust molding sector plan according to priorities and team.
• Setup finishing equipment and peripheral devices safely.
• Perform production quality checks.
• Transport finished products to warehouse using a pallet jack.
• Participate in problem solving per internal procedures.
• Assist shipping/receiving warehouse operator (forklift operation).
