Job summary

A leading facility maintenance provider in Toronto is looking for a janitor who can also perform Lead Hand duties. The role involves cleaning floors, bathrooms, and common areas while ensuring trash is disposed of correctly. The ideal candidate must work well in teams, pay attention to detail, and have their own transportation. This is a full-time position requiring availability from 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm, Sunday to Saturday. A Criminal Background Check is required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to take direction and work with minimal supervision.
• Requires attention to detail and high levels of endurance.
• Must have own transportation.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, and wash floors, stairs and other surfaces.
• Clean bathrooms and restock paper supplies daily.
• Collect building trash daily and place in designated collection area.
• High dusting and wall washing.
• Monitor possible defects and report to supervisors.
