Job summary

Binx Professional Cleaning in North Bay, Ontario is seeking an on-call, part-time team member to join our Cleaning Dream Team. Wage starts at 17.95 CAD per hour with weekly pay, flexible evenings and a chance to gain experience in a supportive environment.

No experience needed; on-the-job training is provided, vehicle and driver's license required, and candidates must pass a police background check. This role is ideal for newcomers to Canada seeking entry into the cleaning industry.

Qualifications

• Punctual, reliable, and presentable.

• Able to work in a team or with minimal supervision.
• Willing to learn cleaning best practices and follow checklists.

Responsibilities

• Complete cleaning to standards set by the reference list and binders.
• Prepare cleaning kits, chemicals, and equipment daily.
• Double-check cleaning at each location for quality.
• Follow daily schedules and location spec sheets.
• Maintain awareness of location-specific cleaning needs.
• Communicate with clients positively whenever possible.

This position does not come with any guaranteed hours, it is purely an on-call position, however we regularly have shifts come available.

Key Responsibilities:

• Completing all cleaning to the standards set out in the Reference List and Staff Binders.
• Preparing all cleaning kits, chemicals, and equipment every day for proper use daily.
• Double-checking all your cleaning is up to standards at assigned locations.
• Understand and follow daily schedules.
• Ensuring you are aware of the cleaning needs of each location by following the spec sheets provided.
• Taking an active effort in positive client communications when possible.

• Having previous cleaning experience is preferred.
• All candidates must have their vehicle, a valid driver's license, and insurance for this position.
• All employees are required to pass a police background check.
