Status : Permanent, Full-Time (40 hours per week); Monday - Friday, 7 AM - 3 : 30 PM.

ATS Traffic is currently looking for a Estimator / Project Coordinator to join our Corporate team in Edmonton!

Responsibilities

• Act as the first-point of contact for installation projects internally and with clients and customers;
• Control the quality of material and installation to meet project requirements;
• Communicate project progress to internal stakeholders;
• Review tender documents and analyze scope, specification, and schedule requirements;
• Provide clear detailed quantity take-offs and prepare accurate estimates of direct and indirect costs;
• Coordinate with project owners, consultants, and general contractors, to ensure pricing needs are met in a timely manner.
• Lead bid review meetings with branch sales and operations management teams, ensure proposals clearly detail scope and inclusions / exclusions.
• Work with 3rd party suppliers for service or material rentals.
• Process monthly internal invoicing and submit progress billing statements, follow up on payments.
• Conduct earned value analysis and report project performance monthly.
• Conduct lessons learned session upon project completion.
• Serve as liaison for Sales Teams to cost opportunities that involve custom products or signage.
• Other duties as required.

Qualifications

• Approximately 1-3 years previous experience is an asset.
• Co-op experience will be considered!
• Completion of a Civil / Construction Engineering Degree or Diploma is required.
• A related certificate, diploma or degree in Construction Management or Project Management is a bonus!
• Must be able to read, understand and interpret engineering documents.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office : Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
• Class 5 Non-GDL Drivers License and clean Drivers Abstract is required.
