Esthetician

The Esthetician provides esthetic treatments and services to client specifications and as per Holt Renfrew standards. Specific responsibilities include (but are not limited to) the following:

• Provide facial and other skin treatments, using specialized products and techniques in accordance with department standards and client specifications
• Recommend appropriate products based on analysis of client needs
• Develop a personal clientele and build client loyalty
• Execute promotions as instructed by Sales Manager, including booking clients, setting up outposts and preparing special offers
• Follow up with clients on services offered
• Meet or exceed sales targets
• Send "Thank you" notes to all first time clients
• Ensure treatments are completed as per schedule in a thorough, professional manner
• Perform stock keeping duties as required
• Ensure cabins are kept neat and clean at all times
• Ensure all equipment is in good working order
• Work in partnership with (Designated) Beauty Advisors to ensure clients are booked to effectively maximize productivity
• Works collaboratively with all counters in the achievement of mutual goals
• Comply with all Health & Safety policies and requirements
• Ensure compliance with privacy policies, regulations, and cyber security measures.

Esthéticien(ne) / L’esthéticien(enne)

• Effectue le suivi auprès des clients servis.
• Supporter la ligne pour atteindre les objectifs de ventes.
• Envoie des notes de remerciement à tous les clients utilisant le service pour la première fois.
• S’assure que les soins sont terminés selon l’horaire et prodigués de façon intégrale et professionnelle.
• Effectue les tâches relatives à la tenue des stocks au besoin.
• Veille à ce que les cabines soient propres et ordonnées en tout temps.
• S’assure que l’équipement est fonctionnel.
• Collabore avec les conseillers(ères) beauté (désigné(e)s) pour assurer que les rendez‑vous des clients sont planifiés efficacement de sorte à maximiser la productivité.
• Collabore avec tous les comptoirs à la réalisation des objectifs mutuels.
• Se conforme à toutes les politiques et exigences de santé‑sécurité.
• Assurer le respect en matière de protection de la vie privée, des réglementations et des mesures de cybersécurité.

Hiring Range / Échelle salariale à l’embauche

Final compensation for this position will be determined based on the candidate's unique skills, expertise, individual qualifications, and assessed contributions to the role following the completion of the interview process.
