Job summary

Beauty Logix in Mississauga, ON is seeking a professional Esthetician for an on‑site, full‑time role. You will perform threading, waxing, facials, tinting, lash lifts and extensions, brow lamination, and provide a premium client experience.

You will consult with clients, tailor services to their needs, educate on aftercare, and promote retail products. A strong team spirit and flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, are preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of esthetic services and skincare
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Previous esthetics experience is an asset

Responsibilities

• Perform esthetic services safely and professionally per company standards
• Conduct client consultations and assess individual needs
• Recommend appropriate services and skincare products
• Maintain a clean, organized and hygienic treatment area
• Complete client consultation and consent forms before services
• Maintain accurate service records and follow procedures
• Provide welcoming and professional client experience
• Educate clients on aftercare and product usage
• Promote and recommend retail products when appropriate
• Stay updated on current beauty trends and techniques
• Work as part of a team and support spa operations
• Assist with opening, closing and general spa duties
