Who We’re Looking For

We’re seeking committed educators who meet the following criteria:

• English Fluency
• Native‑level proficiency in spoken and written English
• Bachelor’s Degree or Higher
• A degree in Education or a related field is preferred but not required
• Valid Teaching Certification
• A state‑ or province‑issued teaching license or certificate (K–12 level preferred) or ESL certification such as TESOL / TEFL
• Teaching Experience
• Minimum of 1 year of teaching experience in public, private, or charter schools (domestic or international)
• Online teaching experience is a bonus but not required

Technical Requirements

To ensure smooth online teaching, you must have:

• A Windows computer with Intel Core i5 8th generation or higher
• A stable high‑speed internet connection
• Ability to teach using the Classpod platform (system compatibility test required)

Teaching Schedule & Compensation

• ⏰ Peak Hours (Beijing Time, GMT+8):
  Weekdays: 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM; Weekends: Flexible availability all day is highly encouraged
• ⌛ Minimum Commitment: 10 hours per week; Flexible scheduling based on your availability; Ideal for teachers looking to build a consistent schedule or gradually increase hours
• Compensation: Competitive hourly rate: $19–$30 CAD / hour; Opportunities for pay increases based on performance and student volume
