ERP Solutions Architect
One (1) Temporary Full-Time Position
Reporting to the ERP Project–Technical and Data Lead, the ERP Solutions Architect is responsible for leading the end- to-end design and governance of the City’s ERP solution architecture across applications, integrations, data and technology platforms.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
The successful candidate will possess a post-secondary Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related discipline. Training in ERP design, integration, configuration, and architecture documentation is required while relevant industry certifications, including TOGAF, Azure, ITIL, or ERP platform certifications, are preferred. A minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible experience in enterprise information technology is required, including experience with ERP or enterprise application implementations, solution architecture, systems integration, solution design, and technical leadership. Experience with major ERP platforms such as Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, or similar solutions is considered an asset. Experience working with implementation partners and software vendors, as well as experience in a municipal or government environment, is preferred. Experience with Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Microsoft SQL Server, Microsoft Entra ID, APIs/web services, Microsoft Visio, architecture documentation tools, and Microsoft Office is essential. The successful candidate will possess strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills to effectively evaluate solutions, address complex issues, and communicate recommendations.
Hours of Work: 37.5 hours weekly, Monday–Friday
Duration: November 16, 2026–November 19, 2028
This position is likely to become a permanent full-time position, subject to organizational needs and availability.
