ERP Software Developer

The ERP Software Developer plays a key role in designing and implementing technical solutions that address business needs. This includes development, unit testing, and providing Level 2 support for our ERP, WMS, and related systems.

Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the development and execution of business system strategies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to document functional and technical requirements for system enhancements.
  • Design and implement technical solutions aligned with business objectives.
  • Ensure the ongoing development, maintenance, and optimization of ERP, WMS, and associated platforms.
  • Conduct unit testing and support QA efforts by reproducing reported anomalies.
  • Provide Level 2 support for internal users.
  • Deploy approved changes to the production environment.
  • Adhere to and promote the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) standards defined by the PMO.
  • Foster collaboration across teams and departments.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • DEC in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience with OpenEdge (Progress) development (GUI and CHUI).
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and French (spoken and written).
  • Strong communication skills, including technical writing.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with Power Apps stack, Java, JavaScript, HTML5, and other web related language is an asset.
  • Solid understanding of B2B environments, particularly in Sales, Distribution, and Logistics.
  • Experience with SX/TWL systems is considered an asset.
