What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Partner with the OCM team to coordinate change and business readiness activities
  • Assess and classify workstream-specific change impacts related to the ERP Program
  • Develop and lead communication or engagement campaigns for stakeholders
  • Conduct business readiness assessments to determine deployment readiness
  • Serve as a main contact for Subject Matter Experts during stabilization and warranty periods
What Is Required (Qualifications)
  • 7+ years of relevant experience along with a bachelor’s degree or professional designation in a related field
  • Strong understanding of work management processes and systems, preferably Maximo
  • Proven experience in managing partners and completing change management activities
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex ideas clearly
  • Ability to work collaboratively and lead meetings to collect partner and change information
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Knowledge of operations and familiarity with Maximo or Oracle Cloud
  • Certifications such as PROSCI, PMP, or in Adult Education
  • Experience with large transformation projects
