What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Partner with the OCM team to coordinate change and business readiness activities
- Assess and classify workstream-specific change impacts related to the ERP Program
- Develop and lead communication or engagement campaigns for stakeholders
- Conduct business readiness assessments to determine deployment readiness
- Serve as a main contact for Subject Matter Experts during stabilization and warranty periods
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- 7+ years of relevant experience along with a bachelor’s degree or professional designation in a related field
- Strong understanding of work management processes and systems, preferably Maximo
- Proven experience in managing partners and completing change management activities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex ideas clearly
- Ability to work collaboratively and lead meetings to collect partner and change information
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Knowledge of operations and familiarity with Maximo or Oracle Cloud
- Certifications such as PROSCI, PMP, or in Adult Education
- Experience with large transformation projects
