Qualifications
- Experience working in Acute Care / Emergency Department is required.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with all members of the multidisciplinary team.
- Self-motivated with strong health assessment and clinical skills.
Responsibilities
- Assess, diagnose, and manage episodic illnesses, injuries, and acute exacerbations of chronic diseases.
- Provide medical orders to other Nursing Team members to implement care plans.
- Analyze and interpret patients’ histories to develop appropriate diagnoses.
- Provide clinical leadership and guidance to Emergency Room staff.
