Job Summary :

The Technician works within the Service department, developing skills in hoist installation, repair, and preventative maintenance. The successful candidate should possess the willingness and ability to maintain current product and technical knowledge, learn to estimate service and repair times, and diagnose and complete the work correctly the first time. Using industry-leading technology, the Technician will diagnose repairs on a wide range of industry hoists and machinery. This position is ideal for someone with attention to detail, organizational and interpersonal skills, who wants to develop a career as a technician within a growing organization.

Qualifications :
  • Machine Technician experience is an asset but willing to train the right candidate
  • Enjoys hands-on work and problem-solving
  • High attention to detail with proven time management and organizational skills
  • Committed to continuous learning and professional development
  • Customer-focused with a commitment to satisfaction
