Overview

We are looking for skilled Equipment Operators to join our team. You will be a great fit if you are a friendly and hardworking team player who is eager to take on new challenges and has worked in food and beverage manufacturing.

This role is physically demanding as you will be working in a fast-paced environment that involves repetitive tasks, bending, crouching, lifting, and standing for extended periods. The environment is highly dynamic, so you need to be able to learn new machinery and equipment and easily adjust to changing process.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs
  • Detail oriented and a quick learner
  • Ability to identify mechanical problems on equipment
  • Ability to follow processes and work diligently with minimal supervision
  • Understand production principles, processes and equipment
  • Understand time, temperature, pressure and other monitoring devices
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Experience in food and beverage manufacturing beneficial
Responsibilities
  • Operate various kinds of machinery and equipment
  • Create SOPs and troubleshoot issues
  • Perform testing activities, monitor, record and adjust parameters to meet quality requirements
  • Staying physically active and involved throughout the day to effectively perform tasks at hand
  • Other activities as assigned, including but not limited to occasional moving and sanitation tasks
  • Certified/experience on Forklift beneficial but not essential
