Job summary

Brandt Tractor Ltd in Timmins is seeking a Labourer to detail equipment, organize yard inventory, and support branch operations. The role includes washing equipment, maintaining the wash bay, and assisting with dismantling components as needed.

You will be part of a team focused on safe, efficient operations, with opportunities to learn and contribute to maintenance tasks across the dealership premises.

Qualifications

• Able to lift up to 75 lbs and meet the physical demands of a heavy-duty equipment environment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with a willingness to learn.
• Forklift operation experience is an asset.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions accurately.
• Demonstrated commitment to safe and efficient workplace practices.

Responsibilities

• Detail heavy equipment after repairs to present a clean, professional appearance for customers.
• Clean parts and components to support repair quality and reduce rework.
• Maintain wash bay equipment and cleanliness to promote safety and efficiency.
• Keep yard and shop tidy and organized for safe operations.
• Organize equipment in the yard and maintain premises for safety and accessibility.
• Operate forklift and handle heavy-duty parts safely for movement and storage.
• Assist shop personnel with day-to-day tasks to boost productivity.
• Support inventory maintenance to ensure stock accuracy.
• Demonstrate and promote safe, efficient workplace practices and safety compliance.
