Job summary

Cineplex Inc. in Mont-Royal, QC, is seeking a seasonal Cast Member to join our theatre team. You’ll help deliver an exceptional guest experience across concessions, floor, and box office in a fast-paced, social environment.

Ideal candidates are energetic, guest-facing, team-oriented, and flexible for evenings and late shifts. Pro Serve/Smart Serve certification is a plus, and being of legal age to serve alcohol where applicable.

Qualifications

• Customer-service oriented with a positive attitude.
• Able to work evenings and late-night shifts.
• Provincial Smart Serve or Pro Serve certification where applicable and being of legal age to serve alcohol in fully licensed theatres would be an asset.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service in a fast-paced environment across concessions, floor and box office.
• Assist theatre operations and contribute to daily duties to support a smooth guest experience.
• Help maintain theatre cleanliness, safety, and organization during shifts.
