Position Summary
EPSY 400 – Working with Difference & Diversity. This course focuses on understanding the construct of “disability”. We will look at the writings of people with disabilities and use their self-accounts to develop a cultural understanding of disability. With this information in mind, the course concentrates on methods of working with students whose performance differs from the established norm.

Position Requirements
  • Master of Education degree appropriate to the area of instruction (preferred)
  • Experience in the education system appropriate to the content of the course applied for, knowledge of and experience with the Saskatchewan curriculum, Faculty of Education programs, and current knowledge of issues related to the course
  • Knowledge and experience in educational psychology and/or inclusive education through research, teaching, and other scholarly experience
  • University teaching experience is an asset
  • Applicants must be legally entitled to work in Canada, and the work associated with this position must be performed within Canada
  • Canadians and permanent residents will be given priority
Course Modality and Sections
  • Section 030: Monday, 14:30 – 17:15 – Face‑to‑face delivery
  • Section 050: Monday, 19:00 – 21:45 – Remote synchronous

Course dates: January 6 - April 29, 2026. Salary per URFA Collective Agreement. Status: Term. Work Hours: Full‑time/Part‑time.
