Job summary

Maxi in Canada is seeking Store Colleagues to provide a positive in-store shopping experience by stocking shelves, assisting customers, and promoting company programs. Our Clerks inspire customers with friendly conversations and product knowledge.

No prior experience is required; training is provided to help you succeed. Flexibility to work across departments and hours (days, evenings, weekends) and the ability to lift up to 50lbs are part of the role.

What You’ll Do

• Provide great customer service by ensuring the store shelves are stocked and by responding to customer needs
• Maintain and stock product displays and shelves that meet company standards
• Ensure accurate product scanning and identify inventory needs and assist with ordering
• Setup company-directed promotions and programs
• Keep department areas neat and ensure health and safety standards
