About the role

As a Clinical Support Specialist you will be at the forefront of Boston Scientifics mission providing high-end clinical support to new and existing customers on BSC Electrophysiology products. Your responsibilities will include

• Provide expert clinical support on the full EP portfolio.
• Act as the primary contact for Boston Scientific customers in the territory offering on-site support.
• Collaborate with Territory Managers to achieve sales targets and manage the defined territory strategically.
• Conduct education and training sessions on BSC Electrophysiology products for healthcare professionals and clinical center personnel.
• Build relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and targeted customers ensuring high-quality clinical support.
• Educating customers on product merits through presentations and demonstrations.
• Providing commercial support troubleshooting and product support.
• Supporting clinical research and participating in case reviews and observations.
• Meeting with clients to identify clinical needs and discussing how our products can address them.
• Developing business relationships with hospital personnel and key decision makers.
• Responding to customer needs and complaints ensuring optimal solutions.
• Fostering strong relationships with sales and marketing colleagues. Traveling within Quebec for product support. Other duties as required.

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years experience in electrophysiology procedures with catheter ablation and 3D mapping system.
• University degree or Electrophysiology specialty training.
• Willingness to work in laboratory and operating room environments.
• Track record of outstanding clinical support that drives excellence in the field.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to travel including overnight and / or weekends as needed within Quebec Canada and occasional international travel.
• Bilingual in French and English.
• Drivers license in good standing.

Vos responsabilités comprendront

• Fournir un soutien clinique expert sur lensemble du portefolio délectrophysiologie de Boston Scientific.
• Agir en tant que contact principal pour les clients de Boston Scientific sur le territoire en offrant une assistance dans les hôpitaux.

Qualifications requises

• Un minimum de 3 années dexpérience en procédure délectrophysiologie avec ablation par cathéter et cartographie tridimensionnelle.
• Diplôme universitaire ou formation technique en électrophysiologie
• Volonté de travailler dans des environnements de laboratoire et de salle dopération.
• Un historique de support clinique exceptionnel qui favorise lexcellence dans le domaine.
• Excellentes compétences en communication écrite et orale
• Capacité à voyager y compris la nuit et / ou les fins de semaine selon les besoins au Quebec au Canada et à loccasion de voyages internationaux.
• Bilingue Français et anglais.
