Overview

The Office of the Registrar team is comprised of a group of talented and committed individuals dedicated to enhancing student success. We are looking for a dynamic individual who enjoys working with students, staff, and the public. Duties will range from processing applications and registrations, to updating student records.

Responsibilities
  • Process applications and registrations for admission, registration, and transfer students.
  • Update and maintain student records in the Registrar’s student information system.
  • Correspond with applicants orally and in writing regarding application status and registration matters.
  • Provide excellent customer service to students, staff, and the public.
  • Assist with data entry and database maintenance as needed.
Qualifications
  • Two years of recent related experience within an educational environment using a student information system (e.g., Banner, Colleague, PeopleSoft) and a database, preferably within a Registrar’s office.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong decision‑making and problem‑solving skills.
