Job description

1. Facilitation

• Incorporate the natural surroundings and traditional practices offered at the Healing Lodge site and strive to utilize those features in the overall treatment approach.
• Facilitate in the coordination and delivery of related workshops, seminars, circles and activities as required by the adult and family treatment/healing program.
• Assist in design and delivery of programs in coordination with the Youth lodge, in regards to adults and families specifically.

2. Program Planning and Design

• Work with the team to ensure the overall program design and development, with a specific responsibility for group workshops and circles.
• Ensure that the psycho dramatic process is incorporated into the design and ensure the safe emotional environment is maintained throughout the program.

3. Program Team

• Be an active member of the program team providing appropriate experiential learning approaches within the delivery of the overall program.

4. Aftercare Planning

• Aftercare planning working with Enaahtig Case Managers, Intake Coordinator, and other staff to ensure smooth transitions.

5. Intake Preparation

• Assist Intake with follow-up of clients to fulfill programs.
