Qualifications

• Experience with minor building repairs, plumbing, electrical, and grounds maintenance.

• Experience in a managerial or supervisory capacity.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate operational activities within housekeeping, laundry, and maintenance departments.
• Ensure compliance with fire safety and building safety legislation.
• Prepare budgets and manage inventory of supplies.
• Act as liaison with contracted service providers.
• Participate in team member recruitment and relations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
